My recent stay at Nova Palm was truly delightful, characterized by its exceptional hospitality and modern amenities. The hotel's 24-hour reception ensured that my needs were met at any hour, while the complimentary luggage storage allowed me to explore the area freely without the hassle of my bags. Though the bed could have been more comfortable, the clean, spacious rooms and newly renovated interiors more than made up for it. With helpful staff who went the extra mile, including couriering my forgotten charger, I felt valued and well-cared for, making this hotel a fantastic choice for both business travelers and families alike.
